“The quality is not inspected, it is manufactured” and for that we have the latest generation, energy efficient injection machines, with efficient maintenance. They ensure maximum manufacturing quality with the most optimal finishes, reducing costs.

MOELSI offers 4 vertical machines for injection of rubber and silicone from 150TN to 400 TN, 8 horizontal injection machines of rubber and silicone from 190TN to 520 TN and 2 machines specialized in injection of liquid silicone (LSR) of 100 TN.

To clean the parts of burrs and castings efficiently, quickly and economically, we have the best cryogenic deburring system manufactured in Germany.

The pieces are frozen by means of liquid nitrogen to subsequently remove the burrs by means of plastic balls shot, this allows to work with less aggressive temperatures increasing the quality of the pieces.

The blasting with plastic material is an ideal solution, this cheap and fast method allows to achieve a great surface finish of the piece.eza.

Some elastomeric materials, such as Silicone, FKM (Viton), or ACM, which require a completely excellent temperature and homogeneity precision, require thermal treatment after injection.

For this purpose, we have two industrial ovens in which the thermal cycle of each manufacturing batch is controlled to ensure quality. These industrial ovens are built with high-tech ceramic fiber insulators, which prevents heat losses with consequent energy savings

After the cryogenic deburring process, the pieces are introduced in an industrial dryer to eliminate possible humidity and dust remnants, in this way you can proceed to the final inspection of the pieces with full guarantees of success.

In 2017 we acquired the first machine for automatic inspection of parts by artificial vision. Equipped with TREVISTA cameras, they analyze the surface of the pieces and detect the smallest defects. In this way we guarantee deliveries to our customers with exceptional finishes.
