The pieces are frozen by means of liquid nitrogen to subsequently remove the burrs by means of plastic balls shot, this allows to work with less aggressive temperatures increasing the quality of the pieces.

For this purpose, we have two industrial ovens in which the thermal cycle of each manufacturing batch is controlled to ensure quality. These industrial ovens are built with high-tech ceramic fiber insulators, which prevents heat losses with consequent energy savings
After the cryogenic deburring process, the pieces are introduced in an industrial dryer to eliminate possible humidity and dust remnants, in this way you can proceed to the final inspection of the pieces with full guarantees of success.
In 2017 we acquired the first machine for automatic inspection of parts by artificial vision. Equipped with TREVISTA cameras, they analyze the surface of the pieces and detect the smallest defects. In this way we guarantee deliveries to our customers with exceptional finishes.
