Moelsi’s new corporate identity comes at a time of technological and environmental evolution. Our image needed to evolve alongside the company and more accurately reflect the way we work.
More Than Six Decades Manufacturing Parts That Demand Precision
Our history has been built around the manufacture of technical rubber and silicone parts for industrial sectors with demanding requirements, including the automotive, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Many of these parts remain hidden once assembled, inside engines, equipment or systems where they perform specific functions within much larger assemblies. Precisely because their work often goes unnoticed, each component must meet the established specifications and maintain its performance throughout its service life.
This reality has shaped the way we work. Organisation, control and technical rigour are part of processes in which every decision matters, from defining the part to serial production. An application that demands precision and reliability requires in-depth knowledge of materials and a production process capable of delivering consistent results.
An Image That Better Represents Moelsi
Materials evolve, processes incorporate new technologies and industries face increasingly demanding requirements. We have evolved alongside this reality, and our image no longer accurately reflected the company we have become.
We wanted to express the technical nature of our work while also conveying the close relationship we maintain with each customer throughout the development of their projects. This renewal stems from that need: to make visible a way of working that has always been part of Moelsi.
A New Logo Inspired by Precision and Proximity
Moelsi’s new logo brings together two characteristics that define the way we work: the precision inherent to industrial processes and the close relationship of a team that supports customers throughout the development of each project.
Precise Geometry to Represent Our Processes
The new logo is built around compact and precise geometry, connected to an everyday reality at our plant: manufacturing technical rubber and silicone parts requires control, stability and repeatability.
This requirement is present from the development of a solution through to serial production. That is why we wanted the new identity to reflect the order and precision with which we approach every project, while maintaining the solidity associated with our industrial track record.
Rounded Shapes for a Close Working Relationship
Alongside this precise geometry, the new logo incorporates rounded shapes that represent another essential dimension of Moelsi: the close relationship we maintain with our customers.
Each project has its own functional and production requirements. We support customers from the definition of the part through to serial production, studying materials, operating conditions and manufacturing possibilities to develop a solution adapted to each application.
The new identity also needed to make this way of collaborating visible. At Moelsi, technical rigour and proximity are part of the same way of working.
Moelsi’s Evolution Continues in Our Plant and Processes
Moelsi’s evolution does not end with a new corporate identity. This renewal coincides with concrete advances in injection technology and our work towards zero-waste certification.
New Injection Technology to Keep Moving Forward
As we renew our image, we are also incorporating the latest injection technology in the industry. This update responds to the new requirements of industrial projects and the demands posed by materials and manufacturing processes.
The incorporation of new production capabilities allows us to adapt our manufacturing capacity to these requirements while maintaining the level of precision and stability that each project demands.
Quality and Environmental Commitment in Our Processes
Moelsi has held ISO 14001 environmental management certification since 2008. In terms of quality management, we hold ISO 9001 certification, obtained in 1999, as well as IATF 16949 certification.
We are currently working towards zero-waste certification as a continuation of the work we have carried out over the years in environmental management. This objective builds on a line of work that is already integrated into our activity.
We want to continue improving our processes through verifiable objectives and maintain the same level of commitment to environmental management that we apply to quality and production.
